Squash Blossom Earrings
A petite pair of traditional squash blossoms, formed entirely by hand from silver.
These beautiful earrings were created by my incredibly talented neighbor, Fred, a silversmith working in traditional Navajo technique. The squash blossoms mimic traditional Navajo silver work (Fred's traditional work is often assumed to be original old pawn by collectors and dealers), built by Fred with anvil, press, hammer, and fire.
Squash blossoms measure 5/8 inch tall; earrings measure just over 1.25 inches from top of ear wire to bottom of blossom.
Handmade with love in Wyoming.
